DURING YOUR STAY
Your credit card will be charged 24 hours after making your reservation. To cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 5 days prior to your arrival date. Any refunds are subject to a 4% credit card fee. If the cancellation notice is less than 5 days, your payment will be forfeited.
Check-in is between after 4:00 pm. We may be available to check you in, otherwise we will send you a detailed self check-in procedure. Check out time is 10:00 am, but let us know if you’d like to enjoy the rest of the ranch longer. Please read the guest handbooks en-suite for check out instructions, ie. cleaning your dishes, removing sheets from the beds, etc.
A credit card is required for your reservation. The full amount will be charged upon booking, including a 12% Tuolumne County occupancy tax. We accept all major credit cards and cash. If there are major damages to our home or valuable items, or check out procedures were not followed, we will charge your card the total amount of their worth or extra cleaning fee. Please let us know if there are damages during your stay.
There is a two night minimum stay. Rates are based on double occupancy and include a light breakfast.
Red Tail Ranch is an adult facility. Please, no children under the age of 13. Red Tail Ranch has the right to refuse accommodations for anyone arriving with a child.
We love pets – that’s why we have dogs! The Meadow House and the Ranch Bungalow are dog-friendly, for an additional $75 per stay. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your dogs!
Smoking is not allowed at Red Tail Ranch during fire danger seasons.
There is cell phone coverage depending on your carrier. We have wonderful internet – so WiFi calling works great!
